Of course there are tons of memories I can tell about. One in particular shows the wonderful sense of humor that Mother had. One Christmas season, the day was quickly approaching and Lyle had not yet put up the tree. He kept saying he would do it tomorrow. Finally Mother went outside and got a small branch off of a tree, put it in a coffee can or something and decorated it with Christmas balls. It was really sad looking, I think I have a picture somewhere.
